DOES IT WORK FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?

Since lighter hair contains less melanin, light is less effectively absorbed. IPL is most effective on lighter skin tones with hair colors ranging from natural blonde to dark brown or black. IPL hair removal is least effective on very blonde, white, gray, or red hair.
