Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at hello@fancy-stuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@fancy-stuff.com.
Return Shipping You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've done both and still have no refund, contact us at hello@fancy-stuff.com.
