WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within one business day. From the shipping date, you can expect your order within 4–6 business days, depending on carrier availability and your location. Faster delivery is sometimes possible.

WHAT IF MY ORDER CONTAINS MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS?

For missing or incorrectly delivered items, please contact us via our contact form. Please include your order number and send us proof of the issue. We’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible and typically respond within 24 hours (up to 48 hours during high-volume periods).

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order changes are possible until 12:00 PM the day after your order was placed. Please contact us via our contact form to request a change.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can easily track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page in the menu and entering your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

If you’d like to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’ve got you covered! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to your original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and can only be returned for store credit.
  • Returned items must include original tags and be in original packaging.
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Hygiene items (underwear/shapewear, swimwear, tights, socks, and beauty products for body and face) are excluded from the right of return.
